ESP Associates, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Vickrey & Associates, LLC

ESP Associates, Inc (“ESP”), a Strength Capital Partners LLC platform company, has acquired Vickrey & Associates, LLC (“Vickrey”). 

Vickrey is a civil engineering, surveying and planning firm founded in 1971, and is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with additional offices in Austin, TX and McAllen, TX.

Vickrey has approximately 75 employees and offers a broad range of planning, project management, civil design, construction administration, surveying, and geospatial solutions to a diverse client base in the transportation, public works, power delivery, governmental, and land development markets. 

The acquisition supplements ESP’s existing suite of services and expands its geographic footprint in the rapidly growing Texas region.

ESP, headquartered in the Charlotte, NC metro area, is a multi-discipline professional services firm providing engineering, surveying and planning services to a variety of public and private clients. ESP’s services cover a wide variety of end markets including transportation, public safety, land development and energy.
