Strength Capital Completes Sale of Robert Rothschild Farm, LLC

Birmingham-based Strength Capital Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Robert Rothschild Farm, LLC to Cincinnati Preserving Company, dba Clearbrook Farms.  Clearbrook Farms is a manufacturer of clean-label all natural jams, jellies, fruit fillings, and preserves.

Robert Rothschild Farm is an Ohio-based manufacturer of a complete line of award winning gourmet dips, sauces, mustards, preserves and other similar products.  The Company’s products are primarily sold under the Robert Rothschild Farm® brand.  The brand is well respected in the industry and has a passionate consumer base.

Strength Capital acquired Robert Rothschild Farm in 2005.  During the hold period the product offering was expanded, new large customers were added, and the Company completed a brand refresh effort that was well received by the market.
